Terms of use
AirportDanang.com is the official Da Nang Airport website and ACV VIP Fast Track booking channel.
- AirportDanang.com provides official DAD passenger information and direct official ACV VIP Fast Track booking.
- Flights, hours, facilities, third-party prices and rules can change; current operational sources take priority.
- No flight, queue time, visa, admission or authority outcome is guaranteed.
Fast Track service terms
Applies to the official DAD meet-and-assist service.
- A request is confirmed only after availability is checked and full payment is received.
- Bookings must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled flight time.
- Arrival Fast Track: per passenger $55. First Class Arrival Fast Track: per passenger $75. Departure Fast Track: per passenger $60. First Class Departure Fast Track: per passenger $75. One price per passenger, regardless of age.
- Passengers must provide accurate details and remain responsible for passports, visas/e-visas, customs and airline rules.
- The standard Arrival Fast Track may still have a queue during busy flight periods; only First Class Arrival Fast Track includes the special diplomatic line with zero queue. Fast Track cannot bypass mandatory procedures or authority decisions.
- Cancellation outside of 7 days of purchased service will result in a 20% cancellation fee. Cancellation within 7 days of purchased service will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Failure to board or attend, change of date or cancellation within 48 hours of purchased service will result in full amount charge. A refund will normally be made to the same account and using the same method used for the original payment.
- Events outside the provider’s control include flight disruption, airport closure, natural events and authority decisions.
